Challenge
Customer’s 27-3505mm achieved around 9000 cuts and 27-3350mm achieved around 4000 cuts. Now, the customer wanted to further reduce the price per cut without sacrificing current operating efficiency, while avoiding bevel cuts.
 
Observation
BICHAMP Service Center engineers analyzed on-site working conditions, sawing machine parameters, sawing materials, and other factors. We recommended AA series for trial cuts.

Solution
AA-3505 saw blades achieved over 9,300 cuts. On average, the three AA-3350 saw blades achieved over 4,060. Products of both specifications have reached the customer’s expectations in terms of price per cut and stability.
