[November 10th – 11] A 16 member delegation from indian team and core distributors visited Bichamp's headquarters for a two day exchange program. Senior executives and Overseas Business department participated throughout, underscoring the deepening partnership and Bichamp’s commitment to advance its “global footprint” strategy in the Indian market.

Through face-to-face communication, both side aimed to enhance mutual understanding and trust. Combining Bichamp's technology and manufacturing strengths with Indian partners’ localized network and service capabilities to jointly explore broader market prospects.

Mr. Vicky Menon, General Manager of Bichamp India, stated this visit aimed not only to bring core distributors to HQ to solidify cooperation but also to convey Bichamp's technical confidence and sincere intent to partner for growth.

During the visit, Mr. Hong Fang, Bichamp President, emphasized that India is rich with potential and will be a key driver for Bichamp's future growth. Bichamp is committed not only to providing high-quality products but also to achieving a transition from "business expansion" to "value co-creation" through in-depth cooperation tailored to local needs, fostering mutual development with partners.
The Indian delegation gained a comprehensive understanding of Bichamp's operations through firsthand tour to the corporate showroom, and carbide workshop. The highly automated production lines, standardized lean management, and stringent quality control systems allowed partners to directly witness Bichamp's robust manufacturing capabilities.
Subsequent specialized product technical training and exchange sessions not only addressed practical technical issues encountered in the market but also shifted the partners' perception of the Bichamp brand from "awareness" to brand "recognition," reinforcing confidence in Bichamp’s capability and long term commitment.
